What in the world could these four entities POSSIBLY have in common. Well I'll tell you.
Today, in an unprecedented move, the CEO/President/Owners of these four organizations came together to jointly announce their support for Barack Obama. Because of my unabashed love for Mr. Obama I must suspend my criticism of each of these companies for a moment to appreciate their deicision. They obviously had the country first when deciding whom to support.

Mr. Pohlad (Minnesota Twins): Please, please, please ... get some pitching and a bat for the playoffs. If you move quickly enough, they can qualify for the post-season. All I ask for is a World Series every four years, but since 1995, you have been letting me down. Um... please?
Mr. Ed Phillips (Phillips Beverage Co.): Please, please, please ... Work with Mr. Pohlad (CEO of Pepsi Americas) to create the 40 oz. Pepsi. I have been pushing this since I was in the 9th grade. What kid doesn't want to drink a 40, just like their older relatives do?
